The animal is similar to the human and I’m fascinated by their behavior: communication, without words, by means of body language. I approach, understand and observe. The evolution has given them a different anatomy to human, and therefore a motion unique to each species, this is one of my biggest inspiration. Reproducing their miniature equal pushes me to observe them better. Sculpture is my best pen.

The glass is like a sheet of paper or I interpret the anatomy and movement as a whole; I do a decomposition of movement on several stages. My work seeks to recreate the complexity of locomotion with realistic sculptures. Glass is my favorite material for its transparent appearance, cold and brittle.

Light is an essential tool that adds the atmosphere of my world. I attribute a surreal effect with light. I play with the ability of the glass to soak up light for cutting observer of his spacial scale. The amount depending on the movement broken brings a temporal dimension.

I have too long been frustrated with unique results; when I tried to capture the precise moment when the movement is in its magnificence. My job allows me to play with the result on two different medias: the installation and video.

My work plays on the illusion, that of the movement. I invite the observer to believe that my room / spatials is alive to forget that this is glass. Bring my results on the video carrier and picture retire frustration of the piece unique.
